AR / DAVIDSON.LLC

Internal Use License Agreement

These terms govern use of AR, a private accounts receivable application made available through davidson.llc for authorized internal business use.

The “Operator” is the person or organization that provides and authorizes your access to AR. By using AR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. Permission to use

The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AR for the internal business purposes for which you were granted access. This license does not authorize resale, public distribution, sublicensing, or providing the application as a service to others.

2. Authorized access and acceptable use

Connect only accounts and access only records you are authorized to use. Keep credentials and devices secure. Do not use AR to obtain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, violate applicable law, or infringe another party’s rights.

3. Third-party services

Connections to QuickBooks Online, Gmail, and other services require separate authorization and remain subject to those providers’ terms, subscriptions, permissions, and availability. AR is not endorsed by Intuit or Google. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Business records and ownership

You retain your rights in the business records you are authorized to manage. This license does not transfer ownership of your data to the Operator. Rights in AR remain with its respective rights holders. Third-party software components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

5. Verify financial information

AR is an organizational tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Imported records, cached balances, and summaries may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify material information against the authoritative accounting records before making decisions. You are responsible for appropriate review and backups.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features and integrations may change or become unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use AR, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending access

You may stop using AR at any time and revoke connected-service access through the relevant provider. The Operator may suspend or end access if authorization ends or these terms are breached. Ending access does not itself delete locally stored records or change records in connected services.

9. Changes and questions

The Operator may update these terms and will notify authorized users of material changes before they take effect. For questions about these terms or your access, contact the person or organization that provided your AR installation.
